We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Relatively easy to assemble and comfortable, overall I'm satisfied with the chair. My gripe is with the Secretlab Soft Rollerblade Casters (set of 5) which are very poorly designed. After a month of use I started noticing black marks on my feet and finding small balls on the floor from which it came. Eventually I found that the bearing and the vaseline were coming out. I tried to then replace them with the original ones only to find that the spring from the Soft Rollerblades is now stuck inside the chair legs. Even after managing to pull one out I am still unable to put in the original rollerblades (they just don't go in). Now almost a year later and I am still getting vaseline and finding ball bearings under my chair.

For the first look it was wonderfull. But now i see minuses of it. First of all that was assembl, not every parts fit perfectly. I mean magnet lits that cover back joints. Second, it is not perfectly simmetry a right under elbow is 3sm more right than left one. BUt in common chair is very good.
