I've had a Secretlab chair before, an Omega, before they made the Titan Evo. It was just a bit too big for someone small like me at 5ft even, but I didn't switch right away as the chairs are a big investment and it wasn't unbearably too big. That is until they made the Final Fantasy XIV chair. I knew I had to have that one. My original chair, 5yrs old still in mint condition, I still had to have this chair. I'm glad I decided to invest in the Small Evo. Its just right and a much better fit. These chairs are absolutely made with care and I have no doubt my new chair will last just as long as my older one and both will be still like new 10yrs from now. Thanks for listening to your smaller customers and making a chair that fits everyone!

The packaging, material, everything was first class. The only thing I have a problem with is the seat. The single most important thing in a chair. The seat feels like a firm high school bleacher. While I have read online that you get used to it and the chair seat gets better, I am still struggling since I paid $800 for an office chair.
