Been using these arm rests for about a month now. I was using the original arms that came with the chair for a while but since I tend to play a lot with a controller with a couple of my main stay games, the arms were starting to put some pain on my elbows. Since getting these the pain has gone. The padding is firm but giving and comfortable. Its made a world of difference. This isn't to say the originals were bad, but for how much I put pressure on my elbows when gaming with a controller these were a game changer.
